Fersal Hotel Neptune Makati

Staff were very helpful and inviting. Very smooth check in and check out . I required a power adaptor and let me Borrow one. The room was basic, and met my needs . I felt the cost of the room was fair and good value. I felt safe and looked after at this hotel

The room, the location and the value for money were all excellent. It always comes down to the people though, and in this case the staff were the best! Well trained and accommodating, they had a vested interest in the customer having a good experience. I did, and therefore I highly recommend this hotel. Top marks! 10/10

The location of the hotel is near restaurants and a shopping mall. A convenience store is next door (7/11). Also walking distance to cafes and bars for evening entertainment. Hotel is also minutes away from monuments and other large shopping districts.
